Clients usually meet her at the first walkthrough and again on the final day, when the sample cards come off the wall and the punch list is short enough to finish the same afternoon.
Remodel lead
Marcus runs kitchens and baths. He draws the path from sink to stove, marks where a door will swing, and will not order a cabinet until the measurements have been checked against the actual walls, including the ones that are not square.
He is the person who explains dust days, water-off days, and why a delivery sitting in the right room is worth a quieter week later.
Color specialist
Priya tests color in morning light and again after lamps are on. She keeps a record of undertones so a gray that looked blue in a shop does not surprise anyone on a north-facing wall.
She also specifies stains for decks and benches, because exterior color fails for different reasons than a living room wall, and she would rather say that early.
Exterior lead
Owen looks after siding, trim, doors, and the edges where water likes to sit. He will scrape back to a sound surface rather than paint over a soft spot, and he schedules around weather instead of pretending a damp morning will behave.

Hannah keeps the written thread: estimates, finish lists, schedule changes, and the questions that arrive on a Sunday evening. She makes sure a note reaches the lead who can answer it, and she confirms what was decided so nothing lives only in a conversation.
